3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CodeElevate complies with this policy, your organization's internal policies, and applicable law. You are also responsible for the conduct of any authorized users acting under your account.

If you become aware of use that may violate this policy — including by authorized users under your account — you are responsible for addressing it promptly. You must promptly notify CodeElevate at contact@codeelevate.dev if you become aware of any material violation of this policy.

4. Compliance with law

You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those relating to data protection, intellectual property, and access to computer systems.

5. Enforcement

CodeElevate reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to suspected or confirmed violations of this policy:

  • Investigate suspected violations, including reviewing account activity, without prior notice
  • Remove, restrict, or disable access to specific repositories, integrations, or account features
  • Suspend or terminate account access, with or without prior notice

  • Report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law or where we believe it is appropriate to do so

Where circumstances allow, we will attempt to provide notice before taking action. However, we are not obligated to do so. Suspected violations can be reported to contact@codeelevate.dev.
